BCS preliminary test on May 24


The preliminary examination of the 34th Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) will take place on May 24.
The Public Service Commission issued a media statement to this effect on Tuesday.

It said the examination will kick off at 10am at Dhaka, Chittagong, Rajshahi, Rangpur, Comilla, Khulna and Barisal centres.

However, details on seat arrangements and other directions will made available later.

Earlier, the PSC said 221,575 candidates had applied to take the test.

The PSC issued a circular on Feb 7 to recruit candidates for some 2,052 posts.
