Tobacco sale to minors to be banned

Smoking and Tobacco Products Use (Control) (Amendment) Bill 2013 was tabled Monday at Jatiya Sangsad with provisions of restrictions of sale to minors. When passed, the bill will double fines for smoking at public places and prohibit advertisements of tobacco products. Health Minister Dr. AFM Ruhul Haque tabled the bill.
